MANUAL TENSILE TESTER FOR H-PIECE SAMPLE is used in tensile testing of the structural silicone joint in structurally glazed façade elements.

Measuring range: 42 kG breaking force – until the H-Piece sample ruptures.
Maximum breaking load: up to 250 kG.
Manual operation.

The tester is used in tensile testing of sealant in H-piece samples with a structural joint dimension of 12 x 12 x 50 mm; the joint surface
shall be 12 x 50 mm (600 mm2) and the joint depth shall be 12 mm according to ETAG 002 and EN 13022.
