Zbog tih naprezanja i kretanja, hidroizolacijska izolacija mora ispunjavati odre\u0111ene zahtjeve: mora biti izdr\u017eljiva, fleksibilna, vodootporna i otporna na kidanje. <br\/><br\/>VI-PRO\u00ae EPDM membrane idealne su za brtvljenje monta\u017ee prozorske stolarije s unutarnje i vanjske strane prozora. Osnovno pravilo je &#8220;\u010dvr\u0161\u0107e iznutra nego izvana&#8221;. Potreba za kori\u0161tenjem visokonepropusne membrane proizlazi iz potrebe ograni\u010davanja protoka vlage iz zgrade u toplinsku izolaciju oko prozora, dok bi svaka vlaga prisutna na ovom mjestu trebala mo\u0107i &#8220;pobje\u0107i&#8221; prema van. Zbog toga postoje dvije osnovne vrste membrana za unutarnju i vanjsku upotrebu.<\/p>\n\n<p>S ove to\u010dke gledi\u0161ta, najva\u017eniji parametar EPDM membrana je faktor otpornosti difuzije \u00b5 &#8211; tako\u0111er poznat kao koeficijent propu\u0161tanja vodene pare. \u010cesto se parametar Sd = (ekvivalentna) debljina difuzijskog zraka koristi za usporedbu EPDM membrana. Odre\u0111uje paropropusnost materijala uspore\u0111uju\u0107i njegova difuzna svojstva sa svojstvima sloja \u2013 \u0161to je deblji, vodena para te\u017ee prolazi kroz zrak. Dakle, koeficijent Sd odre\u0111uje difuzijska svojstva sloja gra\u0111evinskog materijala odre\u0111ene debljine uspore\u0111uju\u0107i ih s debljinom zra\u010dnog sloja istog difuzijskog otpora &#8211; dakle, dimenzija ovog koeficijenta je metar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Iz ovog faktora mo\u017eemo izra\u010dunati parametar Sd za bilo koju debljinu membrane, Sd = \u00b5 x d.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Primjer 1.<\/strong> EXT vanjska membrana debljine 0,75 mm i \u00b5 = 32 000 imat \u0107e koeficijent Sd = 32 000 * 0,00075 = 24 m.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Primjer 2.<\/strong> INT Super unutarnja membrana debljine 0,75 mm i \u00b5 = 300 000 imat \u0107e Sd = 300 000 * 0,00075 = 225 m.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to se mo\u017ee vidjeti iz gornjih primjera, propusnost vodene pare vanjske i unutarnje membrane mo\u017ee biti preko 9 puta ve\u0107a za istu debljinu membrane!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>STRENGTH VI-PRO<\/strong> <strong>\u00ae EPDM<\/strong> MEMBRANE<\/p>\n\n<p>\u010cvrsto\u0107a i fleksibilnost membrane ostaju nepromijenjene desetlje\u0107ima bez ikakvih znakova skupljanja, topljenja, stvrdnjavanja ili pucanja. Membrana ostaje fleksibilna na temperaturama od \u201340 do +120\u02daC. Vijek trajanja EPDM-a, definiran kao minimalno 150% istezanje pri prekidu, je preko 50 godina u izlo\u017eenim (vanjskim) instalacijama. EPDM i Butil tako\u0111er su vrlo otporni na kemikalije, napade glodavaca, gljivica, bakterija i mikroorganizama. EPDM ne upija vodu. EPDM i Butil imaju sposobnost kompenzacije toplinskih i strukturnih pomaka podloge zahvaljuju\u0107i linearnom istezanju u ravnini proizvoda, dosti\u017eu\u0107i 300% i preko 100% u drugim smjerovima i pri svim temperaturama. EPDM i butilne membrane koriste se u gra\u0111evinarstvu i industrijskom in\u017eenjerstvu vi\u0161e od 50 godina. One su najfleksibilnije membrane u povijesti gradnje.<\/li>\n<li>Izdr\u017eljiv i otporan na bu\u0161enje. Nije podlo\u017ean mehani\u010dkim utjecajima ili ekstremnim pritiscima<\/li>\n<li>Otpornost na kontakt s drugim gra\u0111evinskim materijalima. EPDM i Butil ne sadr\u017ee plastiku ili aditive koji prelaze na druge gra\u0111evinske materijale. Na njih ne utje\u010du drugi gra\u0111evinski materijali i ne izazivaju kemijsku agresiju na gra\u0111evinsku podlogu.<\/li>\n<li>Otporan na vodu i vlagu. EPDM i Butil potpuno su otporni na vodu i vlagu.<\/li>\n<li>Ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljiv proizvod. Ne sadr\u017ei tvari koje zaga\u0111uju okoli\u0161. Mo\u017ee se reciklirati, mo\u017ee se spaliti bez \u0161tete po okoli\u0161.<\/li>\n<li>Razvijen, kompletan fasadni sustav. Svi materijali i niz tehni\u010dkih rje\u0161enja od jednog dobavlja\u010da.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0160IROK OPIS VI-PRO<\/strong> <strong>\u00ae EPDM<\/strong> MEMBRANA<\/p>\n<p>VI-PRO\u00ae EPDM SUSTAV nudi tri vrste membrana s razli\u010ditim koeficijentima propusnosti vodene pare. VI-PRO\u00ae EPDM membrana EXTERNAL se koristi izvana gdje je potrebna visoka stopa paropropusnosti. Debljina EPDM sloja je 1,0 mm i sadr\u017ei poliesterski tekstilni umetak. Donja strana je sloj ljepljivog butila debljine 0,6 mm i traka koja pri\u010dvr\u0161\u0107uje ljepljivu povr\u0161inu, \u0161to daje proizvod s visokim koeficijentom otpornosti na difuziju vodene pare.
