The smaller of the buildings \u2013 building A \u2013 has 4 to 9 storeys and its total area is 11,500 sq m \u2013 the aluminum joinery was made, delivered and installed by Opal Grodzisk Wlkp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-600x800.jpg 600w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-rotated.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The larger building B is a 155-metre tower with an area of \u200b\u200bapprox. 28,000 sq m and 40 floors \u2013 the segmented fa\u00e7ade was manufactured, delivered and assembled by DEFOR SA from \u015arem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both companies are long-term customers of Proventuss Polska, and on the complex they used <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/en\/produkt\/two-component-structural-silicone-dowsil-993\/\">DOWSIL 993<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/en\/produkt\/neutral-structural-silicone-sealant-dowsil-895\/\">DOWSIL 895<\/a><\/strong> silicone adhesives, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/en\/produkt\/weatherproof-silicone-sealant-dowsil-791\/\">DOWSIL 791<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/en\/produkt\/silicone-for-glazing-and-perimeter-sealing-of-windows-and-doors-dowsil-796\/\">DOWSIL 796<\/a><\/strong> Weather Sealing silicones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-600x800.jpg 600w, https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-rotated.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>During the assembly of the facades, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/proventuss.eu\/en\/product-category\/vi-pro-system-epdm\/\">EPDM materials (membranes, adhesives) of our own brand Vi-Pro\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> were used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skysawa is one of the first investments in the capital to have a direct connection to the metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investor was Polski Holding Nieruchomo\u015bci and the architect was the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical consultancy on behalf of Proventuss Polska \u2013 Mariusz Trz\u0119soski.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Skysawa \u2013 an office and commercial complex located at ul. \u015awi\u0119tokrzyska 36 in Warsaw.
