Skysawa – an office and commercial complex located at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw.
It consists of two buildings with different numbers of storeys. The smaller of the buildings – building A – has 4 to 9 storeys and its total area is 11,500 sq m – the aluminum joinery was made, delivered and installed by Opal Grodzisk Wlkp.
The larger building B is a 155-metre tower with an area of approx. 28,000 sq m and 40 floors – the segmented façade was manufactured, delivered and assembled by DEFOR SA from Śrem.
Both companies are long-term customers of Proventuss Polska, and on the complex they used DOWSIL 993, DOWSIL 895 silicone adhesives, DOWSIL 791 and DOWSIL 796 Weather Sealing silicones.
During the assembly of the facades, EPDM materials (membranes, adhesives) of our own brand Vi-Pro® were used.
Skysawa is one of the first investments in the capital to have a direct connection to the metro.
The investor was Polski Holding Nieruchomości and the architect was the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio.
