Vi-Pro EPDM Membrane Self Adhesive

Vi-Pro® EPDM Membrane Self-Adhesive is a waterproofing membrane made of EPDM rubber with modified acrylic adhesive on a white double-sided PP silicone protective film. The adhesive is a pure polyacrylic based on water dispersions. It shows high adhesion and very high adhesion combined with excellent ageing and weather resistance parameters. The adhesion to a very wide range of surfaces is excellent, including low-energy substrates (e.g. PE, PP and non-woven materials). In addition, the adhesive shows excellent low-temperature properties. The adhesive is free of APEO and solvents.

Applications:

It is particularly suitable for external window and facade sealing projects. This membrane has a high affinity for the main most common substrates in construction, such as cement, metal, wood and plastics, even with moderate amounts of dirt in the form of surface dust, as well as the presence of water in condensation mode.

• It remains flexible at low temperatures and is resistant to thermal shocks up to 250ºC.
• Good performance in the presence of hot water and high pressure steam.
• Excellent resistance to oxidation, weathering and ozone.

• High resistance to moisture and water.
• Minimum durability 10 years.
• Interliner: polyolefin film, 60μm.
• Backing: PES/PVA mesh, diagonal.
• Adhesive colour: white.
