Membrane PRECON

PRECON is a composite membrane consisting of a nonwoven fabric, an elastomeric membrane, and W.R. MEADOWS patented PLASMATIC CORE matrix (US patent no. 7,179,761). The seven-layer PLASMATIC CORE matrix is ​​designed to provide strength and the lowest water vapor permeability (WVT) on the market. After the concrete is poured and hardened, a mechanical bond is created that permanently connects the concrete to the PRECON membrane.

Application:
The PRECON membrane is used horizontally under foundation slabs and vertically on walls in blind side formwork. The membrane can also be used for walls in double-sided formwork as a waterproofing and moisture barrier.
