HYDRASTOP SA

HYDRASTOP SA is a composite, self-adhesive sheet membrane consisting of a non-woven fabric, an elastomeric membrane and a coated release paper. Once concrete is poured onto HYDRASTOP SA and the concrete has hardened, a mechanical bond is formed that bonds the concrete to the membrane. The HYDRASTOP SA system consists of HYDRASTOP SA and the MELDRAIN composite drainage board from W.R. MEADOWS.

Applications:
HYDRASTOP SA is used as a pre-applied waterproofing membrane in vertical applications, particularly for permanent formwork prior to the pouring of foundation walls. The product can also be used on horizontal suspended balcony slabs that will be covered with concrete. Compatible substrates include plywood and concrete.
