Centrum Południe in Wrocław is an exclusive and multifunctional office complex, which is distinguished by a coherent, modern façade with narrow vertical divisions.
The buildings offer attractive office space as well as commercial and service premises.
High standard of finishing, the use of pro-ecological solutions, the possibility of any arrangement of space, glass facades and optimal access to daylight and a panoramic view of the city ensure comfortable working conditions.
The modern façade is made of glass and aluminum. Its design is the result of close cooperation between the APA Wojciechowski Architekci office and the investor Skanska Property Poland with the participation of its contractor, i.e. DEFOR SA.
For the production of facades, DEFOR SA uses silicone adhesives and weather-resistant silicones supplied by Proventuss Polska Sp. z o. o.:
Two-component structural silicone DOWSIL 993.
DOWSIL 895 neutral structural silicone sealant.
DOWSIL 791 weatherproof silicone sealant.
The investment includes buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 (the fourth is under construction). Buildings 1 and 2 were made by Opal Grodzisk, and the prefabricated elements were made by Defor SG.
Building 3 was entirely constructed by Defor, and the glass was provided by VTM.
The project was supervised by Mariusz Trzęsoski.
