Hotel Wave Międzyzdroje Resort & SPA is a complex of residential buildings at ul. Gryfa Pomorskiego 70.

The construction of five Wave Międzyzdroje Resort & SPA buildings began in the third quarter of 2018 and was completed in 2023.

The originality and uniqueness of the project by the MODOarchitektura studio was appreciated and awarded in the prestigious European Property Awards competition.

The contractor for the broadly understood aluminum joinery was Opal Grodzisk Wlkp., and Proventuss Polska was the supplier of sealing and adhesive materials from the leading manufacturer DOW for Opal Grodzisk Wlkp., such as DOWSIL 993, DOWSIL 895, DOWSIL 791 and DOWSIL 791 T.

During the assembly, excellent quality EPDM products were also used, such as membranes and rubber adhesives from the Proventuss Vi-Pro® EPDM System own brand.
